Age of Sigmar Base Sizes

In the vast majority of games, the actual size of the base is not terribly important, and you can use bases of whatever size or shape you prefer and fit your model.

However in matched wargames, to balance the unit from the different available factions

and in these circumstances having the model on a right base is necessary.

In context like Warhammer, distance between units is measured base to base.

Bases could also change over time and new sizes and shapes have been introduced.

How to find the right base size for your models is really simple!!!

Base sizes are split into the different Grand Alliances and then alphabetically by faction.

To find a model’s suggested base size, press CTRL+F and search for it or simply scroll down to the right model’s Grand Alliance and then its faction 👌
